My wife had a minor problem with a curbside pickup item.She called and spoke to the manager Isabella who was so pleasant and not only made it right ,but sent along a beautiful bouquet of flowers.Now that's great customer service! 👍

sub shop desperately needs to get it together, past few times weve gotten subs they have been completely wrong missing toppings wrong meats missing condiments.. frustrating because i know their subs are amazing but this is turning me away quick and to order else where. as u see in the pic there is no turkey no bacon and no honey mustard instead they gave me double plain ham..
