Top-down issues constantly running out of certain items, which are really popular because no one's ordering them correctly. Never enough staff in the evening time. Once they close the inside when dealing with the DoorDash and the Uber drivers, staff is great. Food quality is always good. But poor leadership
I went in there. Took my old girl out to supper. She's four-legged told the lady that I needed two hamburger patties for and ordered the Dave's double burger and they swapped out the soda pop for a frosty for me. Very polite. The manager was very nice and understood what I was doing. I told her it was for my dog and me and she started laughing. She just took her out for supper. Huh yes ma'am
Me and my friend came here after a trip across the border and had a very nice time! The line was extremely long and took forever but that was no fault to the staff inside. Someone had ordered a very large order and it took a bit to make as the seemed understaffed. The service we got was absolutely amazing and the girl who helped us (pink hair) was incredibly sweet and caring. 10/10 service.
