Went here to dine in as we were in the city for a bit. I love Wendy's but this visit wasn't my typical experience.

Out of the 7 workers, there was ONE white lady among everyone and she seemed to be the only attentive one. She greeted me when I came in as she was cleaning up the dining area. She told me she would be right with me and came up to the counter with a nice smile and said hello. She took my order and told me it would be a few minutes. I didn't catch her name but she kept to herself and did her work.

While waiting at the front for our food, ALL six other workers were constantly talking and laughing with each other in their language. They ignored customers that came in after me and when they walked up to the counter. I saw multiple customers ignored when waiting to order throughout my time spent here. The white lady was not there at the time so everyone got ignored.

One drive thru worker kept touching his nose and face as he talked more than he worked. He was also not wearing a beard net and neither was the other guy working the grill.

The food was not fresh despite it coming out after all the drive thru orders. I witnessed the white lady take up two spicy chicken sandwiches for my order and when she walked over to put it on my tray, the lady who was making the sandwiches told her it was for the drive thru and took it back.

I waited about 10 minutes for my completed order since they were very focused on servicing the drive thru first but I thanked the white lady for her assistance.

The manager on duty was sassy. My husband went up to the counter to ask for a bag. No one was in line and he stood at the counter. He said each one of the six workers looked at him and watched him walk up. They didn't acknowledge him and continued to ignore his presence while talking to each other. He stood there for about a minute before saying, "Hello! You see me standing here and you're ignoring me. I need a bag please!" The manager responded saying, "I thought you were waiting for your order." My husband said, "No, you were busy talking." Again, there were no other customers waiting for food orders at the counter so not sure who she was referring to if she was working the drive thru with the three other people manning the station.

The only person who had customer service skills would be the white lady and she deserves a better team to work with.

Waited 10 minutes in line while being ignore by staff. You don’t want my business, I went somewhere else .

The hour listings said 2am so I walked out to it at around 7:30pm (whilst it was around -20° and snowing by the way) and one of the employees just locked the door and stared at me until I walked away to call someone to take me through the drive through, I could see they had a fair amount of employees just relaxing in there too. They aren't always rude and are usually nice but don't be surprised if they're rude. The place is usually pretty clean.

Food is amazing, I only ever eat Dave single combos and a chocolate frosty cause imo those are the best items but the chicken burgers are good too. Not good for people looking to lose weight though, pretty high calories and carbs in most items.

Superb slow, but they were also quite busy with the drive thru. The gal apologized for the wait, which DOES make a difference, in my opinion. We were 13 people with two seperate orders...plus the drive thru. They did well.

Wheelchair accessibility: Interior is rather small, compressed, and if busy it would be quite challenging to traverse even on a good day.

Wendy's is an American Company. The one in the Falls, great.
But if the US of A thinks for one minute , Canada is going to become part of the United States, they are sadly mistaken.
The US would destroy and pollute our beautiful Country, bring their hate, guns, and crazy ideas to our nation.
Let's build our wall to keep them out economically.
Open up the borders to each Province.
Buy, sell, and trade in Canada, buy all Canadian.
Keep your mitts off our Country, Mr. America.

HOLY SMOKES!!! THIS WAS ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCES EVER. THE LADY AT THE FRONT COUNTER WAS SO RUDE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH HER. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, AND I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!

Ordered a Dave’s Double Combo (plain with cheese) and received a single with everything.

Called them to complain because I had already driven all the way home, and barely got an apology from the kid who answered the phone.

“Bring the burger back” was the solution even though I’d already driven home and we were running against the clock to go catch a movie. No thanks.

It’s crazy how many times this location gets my order wrong. The staff needs better training and definitely better customer service skills.

Tried to order limited edition Krabby Patty meal from the app but your app is broken. Very frustrating. Managers won’t honour the coupon despite me showing them my app. They held up the line in the drive thru because of their own mistake. What was I supposed to do in this situation? I just want my coupon for goodness sake! Terrible service Wendys. Very disappointed.

Absolutely abysmal service, I cannot believe that I was treated like dirt by the manager. I was in drive thru and couldn’t scan a coupon, when I asked for a different meal I was told that I could not order anything else, when I asked the manager why all she said was “we have a long line” and left the window. The manager was also very sassy and wouldn’t take anything I said into account. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Stood and waited for my mother and I's order to be taken. Was told "just a second" and continued to wait while 3 other workers awkwardly stared our way. After 10 minutes 3 young girls walk in to use the restroom and were yelled at and told no... very odd. Anyways, our order was literally never taken in the 20 minute experience we spent standing there so we went to Burger King! Was much better!
