My daughter bought us dinner and within second bite of the Cobb salad she found a black short curly hair in it!!!! Why don't they wear hair nets????? This is beyond discusting!!!! We will never eat at Wendy's again!!! Shameful!!!! Btw I have pictures! FFS!!!!

Waited 20 minutes before we finally got our order taken with one person infront of us, employee taking the orders needs to learn to work faster and work in a busy atmosphere she was everywhere except where she should have been and another employee Hayli stood in one place doing nothing for about 20 minutes and didn’t help a single person

Takes atleast 6 to 10mins until the girl take my orders she didnt even ask for dine or take out i do undestand that shes on hurry but take less than a minute to ask for here to go
This Wendy's was clean inside , cashier was helpful , went in for a veggie burger but was surprised they don't carry them anymore, so decided on a large chili and a 4 patty burger with fries , enough for 2 meals ,I especially like the self serve drink machine . I give Wendy's a 3.9 . Reason wish there were more add ones to the burger , besides that it was tasty ??

Been the "wendys up the street" for the 22 years I've lived here. Usually quick and friendly service every time. The food has 8 times out of 10 been hot upon receiving it, which I'd say is pretty good for a fast food chain considering the timeframe. On the times the food was lukewarm, I called about it and they've replaced the meal for free without any hassle.

Me and my family came in for lunch. Pop machine was pouring out flat pop. The workers decided to tell me to calm down and give me a hard time when I am trying to explain that the pop is flat and I would like to get what I am paying for. I don't think anyone would like to be drinking flat pop with a $32 order for four people. Learn to have some better customer service and clean your pop machine.
