UPDATE: THIS PLACE HAS A NEW GM AND EVERYTHING WAS SO MUCH BETTER. I thought I booked another hotel and didn't realize until I pulled up that it was this one again. NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL. I love that the floor has no carpet because you never know what is on those carpets. Staff was polite. The GM was great. The place was very clean. Checkin was fast. I requested a late checkout with no problem. Breakfast was free. Normal contintental breakfast like other places. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, juices, fruit and cereal. Moes restaurant is connected. Pool area was clean with plenty of towels. No hut tub but overall it was great. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.This was my 4th time staying here. The first three were great. This time the pool area was out of towels and SO dirty... I requested more towels but an hour later there still was none. Our room had cereal on the floor under beds. Drawer of dresser wouldn't stay shut. Two big gawdy wrappers under the legs. French vanilla creamer was out in lobby. I let them know and the next day it was still empty. I'll return but i feel employees were slacking this week. I also asked for an extra blanket and pillow for roll a y bed but never received it. One particular front desk clerk is lazy and seems bothered if you ask for something.

We had a bad experience staying at this property. Front desk provided bad service as they didn't meet my request for giving us a room away from the elevator. We got a connecting room and was woke up by a baby's crying next door at 5am! There is no fan in the bathroom and the outlets are not working.Breakfast was okay but nothing fancy ( no waffel, no boiled eggs)Will not come back or recommend it to anyone.

1 star - dirty, mold on the shower curtains, smelly, old, the drawers wouldn't close properly, the same Breakfast with very little to chose from. The breakfast looked reheated from the day before. Coffee was cold on the 3 days out of the 5 we were there. The pool was closed the day we got there and we were told it'd be open the next day, nope, just a bad chemical smell and workers tearing it up (maybe to put a new one). the view not good at all. The staff was super nice but some people hanging out and around the hotel made it feel unsafe to be out there.Rooms: Dirty, very dirty. The shower curtain had mold. The floors looked like they hadn't been deep cleaned for a while.Nearby activities: Lots to do nearby.Safety: I didn't feel safe.Food & drinks: The breakfast looked like they kept reheating it from the previous day.

Do not come here.If I'm getting a hotel I'm expecting a somewhat comfortable place to sleep, and a somewhat comfortable place to clean up. Neither was provided here.Hotel allowed a guest to play extremely loud music past midnight. This alone results in 0/5 stars, and it gets worse.My first room I find the bath does not work as the device to stop the water is broken, and the shower makes a high pitch screeching noise.They moved me to a second room, the second room was exactly the same.The water pressure was lower than what you'd expect from a motel, and the water was lukewarm at best.I could write an essay about all the reasons I dislike this place, but what I've said thus far should be more than enough to dissuade you.There are other places in the same price range near by, I can't tell you if they are better, but I doubt they'll be worse.Rooms: Bad showers, paper thin walls, poorly cleaned, poorly maintainedFood & drinks: No bar

Beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and other linen, too. There was a coffee maker, refrigerator, iron, and microwave in the room as well.Noteworthy details: There is a swimming pool and a restaurant inside the building so that you don’t have to leave for food either. A complimentary breakfast is also served each morning.

The location was very nice. Able to get to casino, The Falls, Hard Rock Cafe or even Rainforest Cafe all in less then 15 min.Breakfast was good with sausage, scrambled eggs, pancakes, cereal, fruit, yogurt, toast etc..No issues with rooms other than the refrigerator was not checked/cleaned by staff because there were prior guests chicken wings in there.The pool was not open. Closed for maintenence, so I would call prior to check on that.

The only nice thing about this place is the location. Walking distance to everything.The tv was broken in first room we had. We were moved. The room was not the cleanest. The beds gave me the ick because they didn’t look very clean either.The walls are paper thin. You can literally hear conversations of people in the rooms around you.It wouldn’t be so bad if the housekeepers did a better job at cleaning.The breakfast wasn’t great, but it was free, so I’m not complaining.The pool was closed “for maintenance” (this is the whole reason I picked this hotel to begin with)Overall, I would stay here again. Just wish the rooms weren’t so icky

ZERO RATING, AVOID AT ANY COST.Booked for almost a week for work as I can't work from Canada, have to be in USA. Manager Rose was too rude, not sure who made her manager. Seems like she was being racist. Check-in at night there were body hair on the bedsheets so had to change room. Was ready to work in the morning then suddenly internet went off. No sympathy, no sorry about internet not working, was told we have called technician and not sure when they will come. Waited for full day and worked on mobile hotspot. When asked about internet will be working, manager told me 'YOU CAN CHECKOUT AND GET REFUND, FIND SOME OTHER CHEAPER PLACE'.If the manager 'ROSE' is reading this please note that I went to Hampton Inn which is not even a block away from your property and they have much better service, they even have more options during breakfast. Plus its NOT CHEAPER, stop judging people.
