It is great having Tioga in the area to bring in good entertainment. Cellular service is not good and their free WiFi is terrible. During bigger shows it takes forever to get a beer, servers have to interact with the computer for a long time and service is very slow.
Hotel was wonderful, and had a great time, except for the hot tub
Safety: The hot tub needs some non slip material added on the steps, very very slippery, all of us had trouble getting in and out due to this

We came to the casino on our anniversary trip. Stayed in Wellsboro and travel for a fun night at your casino, was so happy to see it was non smoking. I truly enjoyed the atmosphere and cleanliness of the building. The staff was so wonderful and the machines were all up an running. We will see you again if ever in the area. Keep up with this standards.
