I wanted to take a moment to express how much I love this location. No matter the time of day—busy or slow—this establishment never disappoints. The crew is extremely friendly, and my specialty coffee is perfection every day. A good handful of the staff know my first name, and they also praise my dog, Blu! He gets excited when we approach the drive-thru, he loves seeing his bestie! Keep up the fantastic work; your hard work does not go unnoticed!

Very poor customer service. Extremely immature staff. Customers wait very long before even being acknowledged. Drinks are put on the counter without the customers name/or drink being called which leaves many people touching other people’s drinks every 2 minutes wondering if it’s their own order. Very sad for a coffee shop in a nice town like Niskayuna.

I drink black coffee only. This is an incredibly difficult order for Starbucks. After ordering black coffee I often have to wait 5 mins while they make more advanced drinks first.
Nearly every other coffee place will hand you a black coffee promptly.
Something about the coffee tastes off. Since most people order sugar drinks the coffee quality is not great and or not brewered properly.
Additionally this place lacks a sense of place and has limited seating.
