VOLCANO Asian BBQ and Hot Pot

I took my son out for a birthday dinner and Volcano was his choice. It was my first time there and i have to say it was a great experience and i look forward to my next visit which will be soon. Our server was outstanding and went over and above and made our dining experience even better and the food was really good so my thanks to all involved in making the Volcano an outstanding experience and i will be back. If you have been thinking of trying it out don’t hesitate and see for yourself . You won’t be dissapointed.

So many options, even as a vegan! Great, fast service and a fun maximalist atmosphere :)

Everything was okay at first the food was mid, the hot pot was not worth it, then went to checkout and the rude asian lady as i walked out called me back over after i paid an outrageous amount of money and gave me an attitude about if the service wasn’t enough because i didn’t leave a tip, i was simply not leaving a tip because the prices are outrageous and it wasn’t even that good. also why would i leave a tip if i cooked everything for myself all she did was seat us.

Don't wear Jeans 🤪Amazing food! Sauce bar! Cook and stay for up to 2 hrs. 5$ difference to do both hot pot and bbq. You get a tablet, and order as you wish. This place rivals Las Vegas all you can eat.

Tried to charge us 50 just to sit down when we wasn’t hungry . But proceeded to say earlier we didn’t have to pay only if we ate 😂50 just to sit really lost me do better.

Their food, staff are good also they serve fast, oyster or other food is fresh, soup base is natural sweet and you can mix your own sauce. We come many times with family, friends, co-workers…and will be back many times. If you are looking for the best Hotpot and Bbq in Albany, this would be a perfect place to come. I highly recommended

We haven’t been here in about a year and a half, and the food has gotten better (it was good before and was great this past time!). They had fun chopsticks with helpers for the kids. The server was helpful with cooking tips, but it would be nice if there were cooking tips/suggestions on the tablet that could be viewed when choosing or cooking each item. We’ll be back soon!

Went here about 6 months ago and the food has gotten so much better. I mean it was good before but NOW!? Amazing. The sauces were fantastic and the meat was tender! The service was probably the best I've gotten in a while from a restaurant. GET THE BULGOGI!
