Have had both breakfast and lunch here 4 or 5 times...Breakfast meals were always good with cheese omelets served with salsa on the side, sausage, toast and home fries. Always cooked to my liking. Lunch however has been hit or miss. I always order a cheeseburger with either fries or macaroni salad or regular salad. The cheeseburger is always ordered as medium well-done and is never cooked that way...always comes out over cooked or under cooked... The bun it is served on is so thick, you can hardly get it into your mouth. Please consider going with another bun that is a thinner bun. The salads are often perfect, sometimes with not all the same ingredients included though. Consistency in the house salad would be nice. With the waitresses serving, I would like them to be mindful, that they should check back once or twice during the meal to see if everything is acceptable or if anything else is needed, like a refill. Every time I have eaten here, they walk by the table, and even though I reach out to get their attention, they never return to address my concerns. What is up with that. Retraining by the owner is required. You WILL lose paying customers by customers experiences.

The food was for the most part good, a little over cooked. The two waitress's seemed to be fighting and ours was not very intentive and was yelling at another employee about cleaning up the bathrooms. The restaurant was also filthy. Usually this place is fairly good but it was very disappointing this time around.

The only issue we had was that it was freezing by the wall! You could feel the cold radiating through. Next time we will be sure to sit away from the outside wall, but other than that everything was wonderful!

The menu, service and staff are good. However I have not ever been in a colder restaurant in St Lawrence County. Many fellow customers expressed the same discomfort yesterday November 5th, 2023. We can't fathom how cold it must be when winter really sets in.....
