Went to hotel grande for the first time and my table was really sticky like it wasn’t washed yet and the waiter who brought my bf and i to the table only gave it a small wipe down. For my meal I only had the nachos and then after eating almost the whole thing i pick up one chip and see on the plate a strand of black hair on the plate and I literally ran into the bathroom and threw up my dinner and the waitress was kind enough to take my meal off the bill but then heard from two other waitresses that I was the one who put a strand of hair in my meal. My hair is brown not black. I am never returning to this restaurant again. If i could give a 0 star I would.

This is by far my favorite restaurant in Northern Ny, and it breaks my heart that it's closed. I understand why, and I hope they are able to reopen in the future. I get the Chicken chimichangas enchilada style every time, absolutely amazing.

We had a wonderful evening from start to finish! Our waitress was excellent, she never missed a thing! We sat in the jail, and loved the privacy. The raspberry frozen margarita was just what I needed to celebrate my Birthday! Love this place!
