Matt our server was great very pleasant and attentive. Food was nothing special typical chain restaurant. The reason for my review, yesterday it was 35° F outside and inside felt like 55°F. I asked the staff if the AC was on cause we keep getting cold air blown on us so much that the napkins would move. We were told the heat is actually on and that they were told not to touch the thermostat.

Maybe it was me and my new old age cause there were staff in tshirts,...

the food was great! but when i went in the bathroom i saw a shopping bag in the stall and it was moving.i banged on the door and heard people making sounds. it seemed that they were getting railed and 2 men at that. even saw some frosting hit the floor when they finished

Ben’s service was incredibly professional and dedicated, leaving us very satisfied. As regular customers of BWW, we understand that staff shortages can sometimes affect service quality, but Ben’s performance truly stood out. He was friendly and attentive, making us feel valued. While the food and drinks at BWW are consistent and average, the key to winning over customers lies in the quality of service, and Ben absolutely excelled in this regard!
