Customer service is terrible. The manager always has a poor attitude. The assistant manager had an even worse attitude. Asked specifically for certain munchkins and they gave me a terribly attitude and a face about it. Pre ordered donuts for today and paid and no one knew what I was talking about. Back in February I ordered a cake and they had no idea the difference between cakes. It took a half hour or more to place the order. Every time it’s an attitude from them. I will not be returning to this location.

It’s 4-10-23 7:40am I just left this DD location. The lady that took and filled my order was the worst. She was wearing a glove on one hand (that was touching everything, money/credit cards ect). she proceeded to get my donuts acting like she was using the wax paper (but not at all) That dirty glove was all over my donuts. She should knows better not to touch people food with dirty gloves. I made a comment but she acted like she couldn’t hear. That’s disgusting ?.

"Manager" couldn't handle being told what a flat white is after telling me its the same as a Late. Management handles issues by running away. Classic corporates franchise that hires incompetents with ZERO negotiation and conversational skills. It is a disgusting, dirty, dingy place btw. 24/7 dealing with the grime of DPA, some of the most self-hating, broken and jaded employees who cant handle a conversation let alone actual customer service. JUST.KEEP.DRIVING
