I come to dunkin everyday when I am ready to go to work and there is always something wrong with my drink because they constantly have new people in there that don’t know what they doing. Today I went in around 4:15 and asked for a caramel frozen coffee and received A HOT CHOCOLATE FROZEN COFFEE.That is what it said on the sticker and the drink was extremely dark. Caramel is light. I ordered 2 bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches on a plain bagel (clearly stated on the receipt) and when I opened my sandwich there was nothing inside the bagels. I was given just 2 plain toasted bagels. I had to laugh but I was generally confused.

Love this Dunkin Donuts. I go about 3x's per week. Jose the manager always friendly, quick with service and speaks to his staff in a respectful and helping manner with a smile on his face. The cook Fanny is fast and efficient and always kind. The remaining staff are so sweet, professional and accurate with your order. In a rush I still get in and out quick with great customer service.
