The wait dude! Simply the wait to be acknowledged is ridiculous but aside from that place is pretty cool once you get service. Very clean and everyone seems polite, we ordered chocolate croissants, pumpkin spice (hot cause I’m not mad), and a tropical citrus which all were great

There’s always something going on at this Starbucks that’s guaranteed to have you waiting 1.5-3x the actual wait time the Starbucks App gives when ordering ahead.
You will absolutely be late to where you are going if you thought you could rely on this location to make your order on time.
Besides the long wait times, The food and drinks usually are up to standard. it could easily be a 4 star location. 5 star Starbucks don’t exist.

Under the impression ownership genuinely doesn't care about the performance at this location.
Very consistent complaints on wait times, and yet instead of fixing a staffing/who's staffed issue, they have seemingly done nothing.
This is still easily the slowest location I've ever been to.
