I noticed this across from North Shore Farms a few weeks ago and finally tried it today. Inside they kept the bar from the old Bayou days. Used to love that place. Anyway this will be on my must go to often. Tan Tan Ramen was made with white meat ground chicken instead of pork. Some of the best I’ve had on Long Island. After I chatted with the owner. Sorry no pics, next time for sure!

This could be my best review of all time (for me).So, I was looking for a good old bar / restaurant I used to go to over 20 yrs ago. As I pulled in, the Bayou was gone and in its place is one of my favorite foods... Ramen! 316 Ramen in N.Bellmore is a hidden gem! If you like good ramen like I do, you will love this place. Ivan, the owner, spent time with me and really made me feel welcome! The Ramen was amazing! I had a spicy chicken dish, which was so flavorful and delicious! I had a great time at an old stomping ground, very unexpectedly!

Ive been to Japan and this place is one of the closet experiences in the states that I have had in terms of tastes and atmosphere. The prices are great, the food tastes so fresh, and they even have my favorite Japanese beers as well!!

Excellent! Our local sushi place had a car run into the building and it was surrounded by police so no sushi for us! My husband said he saw a ramen noodle place in the shopping center and I was okay with that because I love noodles. Simple menu, I don't eat pork (there's a LOT of pork on the menu) but the spicy chicken looked good and we both got that. I loved the soup! It was a delicious broth and they give you plenty of noodles. I did remove the bamboo and the weird gelatinous egg, but there was plenty of food left. The chicken was prepared in an interesting way, and I liked the texture, kind of like ground and sautéed with spices. Very much enjoyed the meal and had leftover for lunch! Definitely will go back again!
One of the best ramen spots on the island. It's such a hidden little gem with excellent service and food. It's so good I usually go multiple times a week. Everyone inside is super nice and it's just a relaxing atmosphere. Definitely a fan favorite for when it's cold out, warms the soul nicely. The parking lot is always crazy so plan accordingly because they share parking with some other locations. If you're looking for a personal and friendly experience with some delicious ramen and awesome appetizers this is your spot!

I moved down the block a few years ago. Found this place not too long ago but didn't come so quickly since my experience with ramen soup is always a miss. I had the Spicy Chicken tantan. Delicious!!! It was tasteful, the perfect spice. You can add ingredients or remove. I definitely will come back for Dine-in. Interested in trying some apps.

So delicious! And the service is so great, we (3 ladies) got together for lunch and it was cold outside, so we were in mood for good, stomach-filling ramen soup. 316 Ramen is a hidden jewel - so delicious and especially cold brewed green tea! The waiter and the manager are wonderful! We will definitely go back!!

Delicious ramen with Veggies options too! Calamari was so good and the shrimp ramen was great, you can substitute the broth for veggie broth as well. Place was super cozy and service was awesome. 10/10 will be
