I noticed this across from North Shore Farms a few weeks ago and finally tried it today. Inside they kept the bar from the old Bayou days. Used to love that place. Anyway this will be on my must go to often. Tan Tan Ramen was made with white meat ground chicken instead of pork. Some of the best I’ve had on Long Island. After I chatted with the owner. Sorry no pics, next time for sure!
2nd time coming here and they have the most incredible ramen ive ever had. the lady who works here is super sweet and the service and atmosphere was wonderful. i come here every chance i can.
