The location is ideal, especially when early mornings for races are the norm. The rooms are clean and comfortable. WIFI works very well and having Becks Tavern a short walk from the room is a huge bonus.

This was our second stay at the Lodge. As with the first, it was clean and well maintained. Could have used some decaf K-cups and a second wash cloth in the bath. Would have asked for more if we were staying longer. The art work is always interesting - way better than any chain hotel:)

Long time hangout Gore Mountain is better than ever, and the Saddle Lodge is a great break.
I've been meaning to write this for a while. I brough a photo trip to Gore Mountain for a fall colors trip. Our stay at the lodge was perfect. Great rooms, great food and friendly, helpful people. I will definitely bring future groups to stay at this perfect, beautiful lodge.

What a lovely family run motel. The owners are so nice. The yurt bar is so much fun. I highly recommend this small motel for your Gore trip. It’s so close to the mountain. There is also a wonderful restaurant onsite. It’s just a fun atmosphere. Nothing fancy, but clean, nice and fun. We stopped at Stewart’s every morning to pick up a quick breakfast. That was very quick and easy

3/10/2022Today I skied at Gore Mtn. I stopped for lunch half way up the Mtn at the Saddle Lodge….I like to compliment people who stand out from the others if they deserve it…and today I met 2! First of all, there is “Jim” the cook who was very pleasant ! Jim cooked me up a cheeseburger that was superior to any burger I’ve had lately! SERIOUSLY ! This burger was DELICIOUS! And the other ingredients were very FRESH!! Well worth the price!! I swear I haven’t had a burger this good in years!! THANK YOU JIM!Then there was the cashier, Brandy! Brandy was very pleasant, polite and easy to talk to! A Sincere Thank you to both of you!! Don’t ever think that no one appreciates what you do!! ❤️

Great location, lodge has everything you need. Staff friendly and helpful. We were there for St Patrick's day...fun! Roaming mountain ambassador helped me with technique. Runs for all levels. We'll be back.
