“Jake and the Staff at Izzy’s Market and Deli, knocked their ‘soup of the day’ out of the park. Udon noodles with pork belly! Their Pistachio Chai was also out of this world. Thanks, guys and gals!”

“This little artesian store is the best for a great variety of baked goods, cheeses and crackers. Small bites and drinks also available. They have a small deli where they make sandwiches to go and a little coffee bar. Definitely a must check out if you’re in town!”

Nice little small town bar, service was great. Locals all seemed to be chatting amongst themselves. Has a jukebox you can pay to pick songs. Food was good, selection is pretty simple ( burger, hot dog, chips, quesadillas, etc. ) The burger and chips combo was pretty good, the drinks were made perfectly. 2 burger and chips meals and probably 6-8 drinks and the total was only $55. I gave the bartender $120. Always tip those who deserve it! Don't expect to sit down at a table as there is only bar seating, football games playing on the tv's. Definitely will visit again!

“Super good, on the way back, from lake George, small place in the middle of nowhere had amazing food and to order take out! “Had a wonderful dinner with my boyfriend, spur of the moment glad we found this gem! Menu really interesting, but also with plenty of light, casyal fare. Fresh and delicious! “We had another nice visit & dinner here on Wed July 5, 2023. Our party of 4 was seated promptly. Open Wed-Sun 4-9pm. They don't take reservations but have a bar & deck to enjoy a drink while you wait for a table. Always busy here in the summer months. The waitress (Calvert?) brought the menus, told us the specials & took our drink orders. Our meals were:hot spinach salad w/ grilled chicken ($14), the special-cedar plank broiled salmon w/rice & slaw ($21), chicken w/spaghetti ($17), & NY sirloin w/ potato & veg ($22). Wait was 30 minutes on a very busy 4th of July vacation week. No problem for us. All meal were per order, hot, and generous. OP's is always consistent with the dinners. “My son and I dined at Garnet Hill Lodge after a tour at the Barton Garnet Mine. We loved the view of Thirteenth Lake, the rustic ambiance, great service and delicious lunch. We "just" had sandwiches and soup but so tasty and satisfying.”
