“Excellent sandwiches, great friendly service, willing to accommodate to your preferences. One of the few places open after the typical season ends. Definitely a place to stop in.”
“My girlfriend and I stopped in after a hike. It had that small, humble southern BBQ joint look to it so we thought that it would have legit barbecue. And we were right. The ribs were delicious, the wings even more so, and the portions were huge. Willie was great to talk to and so welcoming. We can't wait to go back the next time we're within an hour of Willie's. Do yourself a favor and go to Willie's if you're passing by or live there and are craving BBQ.”
“Just driving around and ended up stopping at this place. Glad we did. This place is a hidden gem. We sat by the fireplace which was very nice especially in this cold weather. Our server Patty was very nice and very welcoming. We ordered a glass of moscato, onion soup, poutine, potato skins and fish and chips for our dinner. Everything was great. Food was absolutely delicious and the vibe was good. They were even playing 80's rock which was a plus. Highly recommend and will definitely come back again.”
“The food is outstanding . We have been to eat here a lot . Last night I had the ribeye steak for the first time . It was delicious. If not the best steak I’ve ever had . The pizza wings etc are great to . FYI the Blue Cheese dressing is really good ! Highly recommend!”
“After hiking all day long in the Adirondacks we were hungry and tired. With everything else pretty much closed in town by 9PM except for Stewart's and McSweeney's, we popped in here for dinner. We were greeted by a lovely bartender who had excellent suggestions for food, drinks, and even had us excited for the Irish Road Bowling event in Indian Lake (count us in for 2025!). The owner, Dave, was more than hospitable. He is a storyteller, and a good one! I couldn't have asked for a better St. Pattie's Day - a fresh Guinness pint, yummy potato & bacon soup, and great conversation. This is the place to stop and eat if you are in Indian Lake, hands down.”
