I love Carbones. Their pies and wings have never been bad. Plenty of toppings, wings a good size and cooked prfectly. This time I decided to take advantage of their sheet pizza and wings deal. I ordered over the phone, the lady was very nice and had to unfortunately tell me that deal is only honored with a physical copy... it's 2025... the owners need to do away with that. That being said... their sheet pizza is not good. At all. Their dough is super thick, bready and feels store bought. The toppings didnt reach all the way to the crusts on any side so the outside pieces had very little to no toppings. The wings, I split half mild, half garlic parm. I basically just got 50 dry, plain wings. Was very disappointed in the party size preparation and will most certainly not be ordering wings in large quantities or anything bigger than a large pie.

Even after the building castrophohe with the driver ruining the entrance everything was excellent. Pizza was best in a long time. Keep it up guys.
