“Twice a week I go through the drive thru. Esmeralda serves me. She is very friendly. She remembers me and always gets my order correct. Although she is busy she takes a moment to say hello. At 6 am it’s a nice feeling seeing a familiar smiling face when I get my coffee. The experiences I have at this Tim Horton’s, mainly due to the kindness of Esmeralda, have all been positive.”

“Ate here while visiting family in the area. Service was excellent and the food was great. I ordered the Cajun catfish with Harlem potato salad and coleslaw as my choice of sides. A server brought us a plate of BBQ samples to try. Everything was good. On-street parking available plus a nearby parking ramp (for a fee). The place was noisy but had a great vibe.”

“The food was excellent. Our fish was cooked correctly and did not taste fishy. My husband had the fish fry and I had the Cajun broiled haddock, also definitely get the fresh cut fries. The service was great, from hostess to waitresses to busier. The team work is evident, even (what I am assuming was the owner or general manager) helped out by delivering food, drinks and even clearing tables. Go check them out.”

“We drive 45 minutes for dinner every couple of weeks or as often as we can and it’s always worth it. There’s nothing bad on the menu. The wings are our favorite, the chicken salad is my 7 year old daughter’s go to. the subs, the cheeseburger plates, the pizza, all the condiments and sauces-just try it all. Do not forget the chocolate chip cookies either!”

“We decided to check out Shell for our anniversary dinner and it was just amazing. The atmosphere was quiet, dimly lit and classy. Great choice for a date night! We decided to make reservations at the bar due to the availability of seating in the main dining room. We loved sitting at the bar and watching the chef and his staff do their magic. They were friendly and professional yet fun too!

Our server Diana M was wonderful. She was so professional, polite, knowledgeable and attentive. She made us feel special and taken care of from the minute we sat down. She started by serving a complimentary Amuse Bouche to get started which was so unique and delicious. We then enjoyed some delicious oysters and great wine( wine list has some great offerings) We then chose the fish of the day which was seasoned grilled Swordfish with roasted zucchini and house made pickled roasted potatoes all sitting on a light and delicious saffron sauce - omg delicious! We can’t wait to go back to try some of the other delicious looking entrees, as well as the “Chefs 7 Course Tasting Menu” which was a great assortment of their menu options and very reasonably priced. The selections all sounded and looked amazing.

We would highly recommend Shell not only for the delicious food but for the incredible service and beautiful atmosphere. They don’t have a huge menu but they focus on making what they do offer the most delicious food you’ll have ! Go check them out for a special experience.”

“When we first moved to the area in January, we arrived to an apartment with a heater that wasn't working. It was the middle of a blizzard and we needed somewhere to weather out the storm a bit before heading to a hotel for a night. Shiki was there for us.

When the woman serving us heard that we were without heat or power in the middle of the blizzard, she offered to let us stay in the restaurant as long as we needed -- even long after close until they were ready to head home.

When we had our food, the ramen was the perfect way to thaw us out and make us feel right at home and safe in a community which cares about its people. We've since come back for gyoza, katsu, and sushi and all of them have been incredible.

The food? Amazing. The service? Incredible. Shiki has earned a lifelong fan and customer. I love them.”

“Best tacos in the city. You'll wait a while for them and you'll smell like them when you leave but it's absolutely worth it. Order ahead if you don't want to wait. Approachable and friendly service. Al Pastor tacos are the best of them all. Parking is not the best but there are spots on the surrounding streets. Will be back again and again.”

“Not only were the employees very kind, the food itself was wonderful for my first visit. We also got one of the chocolate chip vegan cookies and it is EASILY the best cookie I’ve ever had. I didn’t expect to like it so much (I’m not even vegan! It just looks yummy 🤭). Lovely little place with adorable animal photos throughout also. Employee was kind when I asked for an explanation for them. Loved finding out it’s a community board of loved pets alive and those also lost. They stated the community could bring in a photo of their pet to place on the wall. Great to see that small moment of recognizing the community and being involved to create that memorial & funny moments for the animals! Thanks for a great experience. For sure will be back.”

Everything we had was SO good.
The kimchi is some of the best we've had. Same with the pork belly buns. We also tried the bibimbop bowl and steak rice bowl and both were delicious and of course my strawberry Boba milk tea!
The owners were also super friendly.
