I love Carbones. Their pies and wings have never been bad. Plenty of toppings, wings a good size and cooked prfectly. This time I decided to take advantage of their sheet pizza and wings deal. I ordered over the phone, the lady was very nice and had to unfortunately tell me that deal is only honored with a physical copy... it's 2025... the owners need to do away with that. That being said... their sheet pizza is not good. At all. Their dough is super thick, bready and feels...
All take out. Pizza and wings are very good.ANOTHER TERRIFIC PIZZA.

When I'm in New York this is my go-to pizza shop. I've tried every restaurant that sells pizza in and around Rochester and I keep going back to Carbone's because they make a good-tasting pizza the price is fair and it's always hot and fresh.
