Paradox Brewery is a popular destination known for its delicious food and great beer. The Paradox Pizza and Poutine, made with the brewery's own IPA, are must-try dishes. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is generally friendly, although during busy times, the restaurant can become understaffed, leading to longer wait times. Despite this, it’s an excellent spot to enjoy a unique viewing experience, having been a great location to view the total eclipse. The beer selection is impressive, especially the One Handed Applause series, with Idaho Gem receiving high praise from beer enthusiasts. The pork poutine is also popular, though some customers note that the cheese curds are not traditional. The restaurant offers plenty of drink and food options, making it a great choice for a fun meal. The staff is attentive and kind, even when busy, and customers appreciate the friendly service. Visitors have also hosted events like baby showers, with staff being helpful and accommodating. Additionally, the restaurant sells various beers, t-shirts, and other items. Overall, Paradox Brewery is a must-visit for beer and food lovers, offering an affordable, welcoming, and dog-friendly environment.
