Honestly terrible. Seems like the staff can never get a single order right. Somehow it always ends up tasting watered down or just very obviously not what i ordered. It used to be so good. i didnt have to worry if my drink was going to taste like what i ordered. I previously left a review on this place, and i gave it 4 stars. and its absolutely stupid because (no joke intended) the drinks are like $6-7! And you would expect decent drinks. Dont come after 2 pm because the place is invaded by teenagers.

ok so ive ordered coffee from this starbucks many times now and i kid you not every single time they have messed up my order. i’ve been getting a sugar cookie latte and EVERY single time they just don’t put the syrup in it and we have to go back and ask them to fix it! EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. we just ordered 2 drinks like 30 minutes ago and they completely botched them like how do you read a VENTI HOT SUGAR COOKIE LATTE AND YOU GIVE ME AN ICED GRANDE WITH COLD FOAM?!?!? the other one once again just didn’t have syrup. like hello????this has happened so many times now im over this place and other people agree

After my long shifts I love coming in here. The staff are always very sweet to me. I’ve also noticed they are always nice to the customers who walk in. The atmosphere is nice and baristas are always friendly. I do recommend coming in around 5-8 pm just because there are a bunch of kids earlier on in the day. Props to these baristas !!

very sweet and very nice Starbucks. I went in late around 8pm after work with my kids. there was three girls working and a boy they were all very sweet my kids didn’t know what drink it was they wanted and keep changing there mind but the girl was very understanding despite I can tell they were cleaning and making drinks so i appreciate her taking the time to make the drinks even though I came close to closing time usually other stores baristas get mad at me and say they “ already cleaned everything “ but I can’t control my time from work and kids this is the closest Starbucks near me but nether the less I like this store they always are kind! and remember my order when I go in regularly in the morning place was clean as well

The staff at the North Merrick Starbucks location are very nice. A staff member in particular noticed how I liked my latte and remembered my name. Everyone greets me and asks me how I am doing. They even ask me about how my baby is doing. It is nice to walk in and truly feel welcome. I know they are busy and I appreciate their kindness. My lattes are also always on point.

My first time coming to this starbucks, around 6pm 12/9, very attentive staff. As soon as I walked in through the door I was greeted and the cashier was very sweet. The baristas were also friendly and very nice. The place was spotless and the customer service was a 10/10.
