I dont even know where to start with this starbucks though. reckless pre teens everywhere PRE TEENS! litter everywhere and one even tried stealing my phone. 10 kids yelled at and asked to leave. A lady somhow overflowed the toulet and when i went to use it it practically flooeed the bathroom! told employee and she asked me if i put a bom. in the toulet??

I went in around 3pm and was greeted very nicely. The staff is very pleasant, especially Raphael. He was very welcoming and had great service. The drinks also tasted delicious, while the food tasted fresh. Nothing but compliments for this location, and Raphael deserves a raise.

ordered a pink drink… making that known since you wouldn’t be able to tell. and i’m not colorblind, i waited 40 minutes for this drink as well. you’d think if you’re paying 5-6 dollars for a drink they could at least make it right lol

I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks location with an employee named Michelle. She was very rude and not accommodating when I asked for assistance. Instead of offering the helpful and friendly service I usually expect from Starbucks, her attitude made me feel unwelcome.
I hope management addresses this, because great customer service is the reason many of us return to Starbucks regularly.

I went to this Starbucks two times in a row around 7 AM. The first day I had a mango dragon fruit lemonade that tasted like soap and made my stomach hurt immediately. I decided to give them another chance and order a hot chai with soy milk. The milk was so chunky and thick to the point where I couldn’t even sip it from the lid. I opened it up and saw a thick layer of spongy Chunky milk. I took it to another Starbucks to get remade and the barista yelled “ewwwww what Store did you get this from?”. Save yourself the headache and go to the Starbucks in Bellmore instead.

Used whole milk in what should have been a non-dairy vanilla sweet cream matcha latte. Feeling stomach sick from this error. Ordered Thursdays may 5th at 7:12pm. Even if the right milk was available another should have been non-dairy.
It took 25 minutes for them to make 2 iced coffees with nothing in them. I will never step foot in this Starbucks again. If you live in north Merrick I suggest driving right by this location, and instead going to the Starbucks on the corner of Merrick Avenue and Merrick Road.

I had ordered 3 caramel ribbon crunch frappes and all of the 3 of them was nasty it tasted watery when me and my friend walked in there was only one family of 3 there the staff where just talking but one of them said welcome and the place was clean not dirty at all.
