Loved how spacious, well lit and clean floors they had it plus fresh smelling! Lots of comfy chairs and tables available. Lots of advertisements well displayed and many gifts to choose from! Decent parking lot too

I bought a pack of cookies that cost 3.66. I handed the cashier $4.00. She looked terrified and fumbled in her draw until she handed me back 2 quarters and a nickel. I didn’t want to be rude or weird so I just took it. Stuff like this drives me crazy, how can people not know how to count change? I doubt Starbucks will miss the 21 cents but wow.

This is the worst starbucks. They never make the drinks right. One drink in particular is supposed to have cold foam. And when you tell the girl that the foam is missing, she glares at you first AND THEN she proceeds with putting whipped cream into the drink. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR BARISTAS ON HOW TO MAKE DRINKS PROPERLY AND TO NOT GIVE ATTITUDE WHEN THEY ARE THE ONES WHO MADE THE DRINK WRONG. People pay a lot of money for what’s supposed to be a great handcrafted drink, but all that money goes towards a pretty shitty drink instead.

This store is hit or miss, but more miss than hit. Depends on who's working, but looks more staff is so unhappy about their job. One lady was complaining about the amount of work she got to do, cursing and throwing things while making a drink, another time just getting an order the staff is giving an attitude no matter how nice you are, it's so hostile that I result to just making online orders to not make contact. But when I did, instead it was the wrong size, I ordered a grande and it was a tall. I asked the question, but the staff just picked up my drink, looked at the sticker, and just placed it back saying, 'yes you ordered a grande' then walk away, but it was in a tall cup, not a grande. I'll just order to a different store, not worth the stress.

Probably the worst starbucks i’ve been to , store manager rude my order was taken wrong , im a starbucks partner & the store manager did not want to take my numbers .. never had this happen to me at any other starbucks .
