In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

After my long shifts I love coming in here. The staff are always very sweet to me. I’ve also noticed they are always nice to the customers who walk in. The atmosphere is nice and baristas are always friendly. I do recommend coming in around 5-8 pm just because there are a bunch of kids earlier on in the day. Props to these baristas !!

I went in late around 8pm after work with my kids. there was three girls working and a boy they were all very sweet my kids didn’t know what drink it was they wanted and keep changing there mind but the girl was very understanding despite I can tell they were cleaning and making drinks so i appreciate her taking the time to make the drinks even though I came close to closing time usually other stores baristas get mad at me and say they “...

The staff at the North Merrick Starbucks location are very nice. A staff member in particular noticed how I liked my latte and remembered my name. Everyone greets me and asks me how I am doing. They even ask me about how my baby is doing. It is nice to walk in and truly feel welcome. I know they are busy and I appreciate their kindness. My lattes are also always on point.
