The experience was disappointing. There were no tissues provided with the order, and the restroom lacked both napkins and handwash. The floor was not properly cleaned, which added to the poor impression. The food taste was below average considering the high prices. Overall, not worth the cost.

For some reason I like this location’s chicken better than the other chains. It tastes fresher.

Shame on this location and nasty wild wig,for getting rid of the smalls food trunk business. Ive been here for years and enjoyed the food trucks. Its very greedy of you to run them out, so people can on only dine with your business. I don't always want to eat shake shack. You shouldnt get to decide what options the public has to eat. There's enough money/people for every business. Yall don't move fast enough anyways which is why I don't come often. But ill never be there now,and I hope other people find other options and not waste there money on a business to would step on a small food truck trying to survive and thrive.

Shake Shack, Union Square – NYC Essential

Let me be brutally honest: if you leave New York without hitting Shake Shack at Union Square, you’ve officially failed at life.

That crispy, juicy, smash-grilled patty, dripping with cheddar, nestled in a soft, pillowy bun—it’s cheeseburger perfection. Seriously, it doesn’t get better than this.
The beverage Fifty-Fifty was too blend and mild for me. I would recommend a Diet Coke, not the famous 50/50.

And yes, if my stomach had been a little bigger, I would’ve eaten two. Don’t even question it. This is one of those rare burgers that demands your full attention, bite after glorious bite.

MUST GO! Seriously.
