Staff on a Friday evening were efficient and attentive. In a fast food joint, that makes a real difference. The food is meh - too salty and the chicken sandwich always feels too small - but I was more satisfied than at, say, McD.

I was there with my wife and three young kids. The cashier was very courteous, and diligent, we had a big order which he took quick without any hiccups. We got our food in about 5 minutes, and it was a big order. Chris brought it out, he joked around with my kids, made them laugh and even after he brought out our food he checked up on us to see if we needed anything else. For the most part, it was ok. I had the shroom burger which was a hit. The chicken nuggets fell short of my expectations and were a bit salty in taste. The chicken burger just ok but the bbq cheese fries were good the best part of my meal. The prices are ridiculously expensive though. Two drinks were overfilled with ice leaving barely any drink to enjoy and the tables aren’t the cleanest. It took way too long to get our orders. I don’t think Shake Shack is the ideal fast-food...
