It's a beautiful setting, but the cafe has had an overhaul since new owners stepped in and it's not quite as charming, food not as good. My black bean and kale wrap contained undercooked sweet potatoes and all the dressing was in one lump. Perhaps it will get better by summer.
The best I can say about this place is that it's beautiful, well decorated, and offers free grapes that are growing on site.
I got the veggie tacos and the sweet potatoes inside were still hard and underseasoned. The saving grace was the aoli.
I also got a chai latte that had too much ice - my friend also ordered a chai but she was given a regular latte.
A bit overpriced for how mediocre the food/drinks were.

The outdoor layout is relaxing and you can find some shade at the picnic tables. There is sometimes live music, such as "Three Limes and a Coconut" ?. Several vendors were selling various goods and my wife was selling
her Color Street press on nails (linktr.ee/sewprettynails). We did not have anything to eat but on this Saturday late afternoon Hayfields was selling but one get one free sodas, lemonade, wine and beer ! Top that off with plenty of fresh baked...
