I went to Applebees 2 days ago. My server, Amber, gave really poor service. She got our orders wrong and switched with another table, she also forgot my sour cream. Additionally, we were done with our food and waiting for 15 minutes just for her to bring the check. It took so long because she was just sitting down at the table next to us catching up with someone that she bumped into that she knew. Then when she brought us our check it was incorrect and she added extra things to it that we didn’t order. Then when she brought us the new check that was supposedly fixed, it wasn’t. It was messed up and had different additional things added to it. She messed up our check THREE TIMES before it was correct. She said she got it mixed up with another table. Normally my service is great there but she really ruined my experience. Amber didn’t even introduce herself to us. I only know her name because she ran into an old colleague that asked her name because they recognized each other. That’s when she sat down and started talking for a while. And a couple other servers called her by name. Anyways, I was really unhappy with my service because of her.

I recommend Applebees because the food is great, but if you ever end up getting Amber as a server, I recommend asking to switch servers.

Made our first visit to this Applebees yesterday. Was very pleased with our experience. Our waiter, Cam, was also the bartender, and did a great job. Even though he was quite busy at the bar, he was very attentive to the booths he was waiting on as well. We had the 2 for $25 meal deal, and everything was excellent.

The staff has been nothing but good to my wife and myself since we started going to this location the food is always on point and they will even make custom orders on request (my personal favorite is steak Alfredo) above all its a family oriented restaurant that isnt overly noisy i will always recommend this location

Amber M. was amazing!! She was the best server I've had in a long time, an absolute natural at her job. Made my parents and I feel so comfortable and welcomed at our local Applebee's! + the food was incredible too! Thank you Amber M!
