North Syracuse Applebees… 2 time there, 2 times extremely disappointed!!! 1st time, steak was burnt, inedible. 2nd time burger was completely burnt. (Both I specifically asked for pink.) Crunchy actually. The cheese was unrecognizable and the bacon also inedible.This was an extra bacon burger that was literally withered! 1 hour to receive these two meals. 2 times given a chance. I will NEVER go to Applebees in North Syracuse again!!!!! A disaster!!!! I’ve never reviewed a restaurant but this is worth stating to never go there.

The service was spot on! Our server was great! As expected, the food was served hot & delish. I ordered their spicy chicken sandwich with fries & a side of ranch. The portion was huge! I was meeting a relative I'd not seen in a few years so we stayed way past normal (about 3 hours) but the staff & server kept filling our refreshments the whole time (we'd already paid & tipped much earlier) so we left an additional tip & tild the server how much we appreciated her kindness!

This location has always been short with portions for take out and carside. We experienced this during the pandemic and stopped going here, driving farther to the Great Northern location. It's been some time and today, tried this location again and the portions for all of our dinners were smaller. Boneless appetizers smaller, all dinners smaller, it's not worth it to get take out here. Take the extra drive to other locations.
