Dan the man, and his staff are amazing. The restaurant is very clean! Customer service impeccable! I watched as they helped an elderly couple with ordering and bringing food to them. It was so awesome to see the caring nature especially in fast food. Arby's has a variety of food instead of just chicken or burgers!

Came in today to order and we weren’t sure what we wanted and one of the workers yelled back to other staff “well they are still deciding so whatever”. As we were standing there a worker came in for his shift and one of the workers were yelling as loud as they could hi Kyle hi Kyle hi Kyle repeatedly and they the workers were giving each other the middle finger ….. so unprofessional when you have customers standing there at the counter …. We left because we were so turned off by this behavior. Some manners need to be taught to these individuals and if I was the manager of this location I would be so applauded by this behavior and would be writing some people up.

We went for dinner. My husband had double beef w/cheese. I had the deep fried Turkey. Amazing both and GREAT

Items were not freshly cooked or heated. They were cold and beginning to dry out. We had the chicken sandwich and curtly fries. Drive thru (3pm) didn't add straws or napkins and we had to ask for them. Have ate there in the past and were satisfied. May try there again just to see if that was just an off day.
