Items were not freshly cooked or heated. They were cold and beginning to dry out. We had the chicken sandwich and curtly fries. Drive thru (3pm) didn't add straws or napkins and we had to ask for them. Have ate there in the past and were satisfied. May try there again just to see if that was just an off day.

Most of the tables here were dirty and unkempt. But, the food was good and the workers were friendly. They even offered to remake our jalapeño bites.

Spent $47 on a couple meals and some milkshakes and waited in like for 15 minutes only to get the wrong food. Ordered Bourbon BBQ chicken meals and got the brisket and my wife doesn’t like brisket. Extremely disappointing because usually this Arby’s is excellent but today they were subpar at best.

Stopped and purchased dinners for my family tonight. Got home and my sandwiches were a complete and utter mess. I didn’t receive all of my order My drinks were wrong. Eat here all the time and never have this issue.

We spent 38.00 dollars on cold dried out food. We complained about chicken tenders right away. They said they would drop new ones. Came out we left and got home 4 min away. They were hard as a rock dried out and old. They lied to us. Service was rude. Called when I got home and asked for manager. He said what can I do for you? I said are you the manager? He said Yup. No name, not cordial and sounded like a teenager. I am so disgusted. I will not be returning.

Once in awhile stop off at this Arby's. The curly fries are always fresh and crunchy when I get them. Recommend double meat roast beef sandwich. The gyro would be my second choice over the cheddar roast beef. Never had there Chicken sandwiches. I like the French dip with the roast beef long style sandwich bread. Mellow Yellow is a selection at the soda fountain. Out of the sauce I always go for the creamy horseradish and than three pepper. Just like an roast beef sandwich once awhile.

Waited forever just to get 4 of the small sliders and they werent that busy at all. Dining area and restrooms were quite filthy. Small parking lot. Just an unpleasant experience all around

Came in today at 145pm for lunch and was greeted by the manager who was running register. He was very pleasant and helpful and instantly put a smile on my face even though he had just put 55 hours in this week. The food was very good and cooked perfectly. The service was awesome. I haven't been to Arby's in forever and would definitely recommend this location. It was very clean.

Ordered via the app and wasn't aware that I had to pick up inside so I asked the drive thru if I could pick up my sandwich at the window and was told no. I explained that it was pouring rain and could I just pick my order up at the window....again I was told no and that I have to come in. I came inside to find my sandwich ready and on the counter. When I tried to talk to someone I was ignored. I left because it wasn't worth it anymore. My sandwich was cold and the bacon hard. I won't be returning and will be deleting the app.
