I most likely won’t be back to this chain. The food was decent but so pricey now! When ordering I made a substitute on a sandwhich and when I had a question about it the cashier was annoyed and said, “there’s nothing I can do about it”, I’m assuming she thought I would just drop it but I asked again and she called over the manager who was very nice and handled it in 2 seconds. Unfortunately, this location has been a hit or miss for me lately, and today was one of the bigger misses. I placed an online order (which, by the way, I wish the online orders were as customizable as the orders you can place in-person, but that's a different issue). I had ordered it to be ready around 11:50, but I didn't get my order until 12:05. This is a great little shop with friendly staff. It has a great report and lots of returning customers. The coffee is pretty good and the bagel sandwichs are fantastic. Recommended to stop be if you are in the area! I'll be back!
