Just stopped in at the 3603 Brewerton Road location a little after 1pm and was greeted with friendly and fast service by a gentleman at the drive through. Thank you for a great drive through experience.
Currently under renovations due to re-open in Mid December 2024. The staff and this location are wonderful however. It's gonna be a tough couple of months not visiting and having dine in here for a while. Sue the manager along with Jamie, Tina, Tammy, Shannon and the rest are a great cohesive unit. That leads to awesome service and great food.
This location seems to get our order wrong quite often. The cashier, depending upon who's working, is nice. But the food is always quite good with competitive pricing, usually better than McDonald's. Crispy chicken sandwich, plain is best for me. Kids(7) like everything. It all good here. Best BK in the area.
