We have been using Carvel for years because of Fudgie the Whale 🐋 (highly recommended), but have recently been going for their specialty soft serve. This week, we tried the pumpkin cheesecake, which was great! My kids also enjoy the dairy free oatly options with toppings. Service at this location is always great, although I feel the floors could be a little cleaner. Overall, it's a great dessert spot for North Syracuse.

This small sized cone packs a lot of yum. The soft blueberry flavor is the first thing you get, followed by a hint of lemon. Everything is subtle but definitely present.
This is super creamy, which adds to experience. Without anything added, it feels like you're getting whipped cream with your soft serve.
This location has plenty of parking and a modest amount of outdoor seating.
