Worst pizza I have ever had. Overcook and ingredients did not seem to be fresh. This is the last pizza I will ever purchase from them.

I have gotten a few really good pizzas from here but tonight November 21st who ever working pizza shows they don't care about there job pizza was swimming in sauce gross was made very sloppy worste one ever if I had that as a first pizza I would not return.... have a little pride in your job

On Saturday, October 19th, we had a birthday party at home for our 8 year old son. We had a gaming truck at our house for our son and his friends.
I called and placed a delivery order 2 hours prior to the time we needed the pizza delivered. Called this location to check on the order 30 minutes prior to our desired delivery time. I was told everything was almost done and would be out for delivery.
Long story short, the pizza was never made. Spoke with a female employee who advised me the order was on its way. She lied and much to my surprise, she hung up on me. I called back to have her hang up on me again. (I was not happy) and offended. Called again and spoke with a man who was a little more honest about the situation. They forgot our order and tried every way to mislead us without taking responsibility for the issue.
Called Little Ceasars and they had pizzas ready in 10 minutes. While I was gone picking up little Ceasars, dominoes had the nerve to deliver our order that was well over an hour late.
Domino's lied, decieved and had no remorse for a mistake in the order. The lack of professionalism and down right non existent customer service is the worst I've seen. I will never order Domino's again.

Not sure what is wrong with this location, mismanaged, lack of management? I have ordered from many locations with no problem. The orders are hardly ever correct and the staff is rude. Will never order from this location again.

Only one star because I have been receiving sub par items. This time it was the Parmesan bites. Undercooked. They sent another order out and not much better. I had asked for free brownie bites as a compensation. The time before I had ordered a buffalo pizza and it came with no buffalo sauce on it. They did replace it, but it was really inconvenient. So I feel I was owed the free brownie bites. Thanks Domino's. No brownie bites for me today.
