This Dunkin is the worst. Sooo slow. And there was only one customer ahead of us. Took 15 minutes to get a coffee.

Went though drive through 5 mins before closing. Best frozen coffee ive ever had in my life. Jacob was nice and i believe was all by himself giving incredible service.

I would have given this one star just for the awful food, but the friendly, helpful counter girl was great.Their doughnuts seem smaller than supermarkets'.The toasted cheese sandwich had decent-sized bread, but the amount of cheese in it was just a thin layer and far from the edges. Not enough to even attract a hungry mouse!The croissant with egg, cheese and bacon looked like it was run over. Small croissant with enough egg, but little bacon.I guess people just come here for the coffee.

I believe he was the Manger and he stood there calling on his employees like they were animals, it was very upsetting to witness.

Terrible! I ordered two egg bacon and xhesse wraps wih a side of snacken bacon and a peanut donut. There was nobody else inside. I leave to go to the airport. I go to eat my food amd there was no bacon or cheese on either sandwhich and np side of snacken bacon. I called and talked to the manager, Brenda. She was very much and told me to come back and she would give me the bacon and the two sandwhiches. I explained I was leaving town for two weeks and she said okay just stop in when I get back. SO I just get back yesterday and stopped in today and asked for Brenda. I explained everything to her again and she told me " its been two weeks, I cant replace something from two weeks ago". I said I was out of state and just got back. I told you when I talked to you I was at the airport and would be back in two weeks. She basically said oh well. Its to late. I always go to that location but I will Never go back there again! I mean it was a legit complaint. I mean come on, for under $15 you just lost a loyal customer. Brenda is a terrible manager and needs some customer service training. Tammy
