Went to get coffee here a couple weeks ago, it took 20 minutes. I thought it was a one time thing, so I brushed it off as a bad day. I went again today and the wait was even worse. I ended up leaving before even getting to order anything, (like the other 4 cars behind me) after waiting 20 minutes just to get to the menu. After seeing so many others are having the same experience, I will not be coming back.

Wait in drive thru line is excessively long. About 20-30 min wait! They seem to serve one person at a time. Will not take next order until first person is driving away. Why?

Worst Dunkin. Never has my order ready when I order on the go. Doors always locked at 7am forcing you to sit in crazy out the parking lot line. Absolute trash for customer service. 0/10. Do not recommend.

We’ve been coming here for a very long time and this place is just getting worse, if that’s possible. The new staff is inefficient, lazy, and unprofessional. I know it’s Dunkin, but any workplace should display professionalism and good work ethic. The younger staff just goofs around, kicks cups around on the floor, using their phones in front of customers, unprofessional language used, and no sense of urgency when there is a long line in the drive thru going out into the road. Most times we’re ignored at the drive thru window waiting on our last coffee.
Now for the product - while this is the one Dunkin that actually has decent donuts, (our favorites are the Headlights and they usually have a lot of crème on top!) they have gotten smaller in size. Our coffees the last two times have had chunks from the cream which, to me, is unpleasant and leads me to believe they are using old cream. Our order has lately been wrong in regard to sizing when it was clearly stated upon ordering and even showing correctly on the monitor before pulling around. Yet we were charged for a larger size than what we actually ordered.
The staff that has been here for quite some time is always pleasant and efficient. We wish they were on all the time and hope they haven’t quit like the majority have done. Not sure what this management is doing, but they need to step up and monitor what’s going on.
Nothing is more aggravating than ordering ahead on the app to get your morning coffee, only to find that they’ve locked the lobby when I get there. They need to either figure out a way to turn off mobile orders, or put enough staff on their busiest shift to keep the lobby open. The whole reason I order is because I don’t have time to wait in the drive-through line, I ended up going without my breakfast and threw money away, as the process to contact them for a refund is a huge pain.

This Dunkin just reopened after getting refurbished and reconstruction and has become far worse for it. I wasted my entire lunch break, 30 minutes, in the drive thru with only two cars ahead of me and an empty parking lot. It seems service at a decent time is not a worry for the staff of this establishment. I cant risk going back and losing so much time even if it is evident there are not a lot of customers. They are just horribly horribly horribly slow and didnt even apologise. Didnt occur to them i guess

I had been coming here for breakfast and I usually place an online order so my meals are ready by the time I get there and everytime I have came to pick up my order I have to wait for it to be made. I also notice the Togo orders being placed are being made in order as they come in.

Not sure what happened to all the good people at this place. After they remodeled the employees changed. Today was bad. There were three cars in the drive through. It took me almost 20 minutes to get a coffee and wake up wrap. Two cars left because it was taking so long. While at the window waiting again, the girl making coffee decided that she needed to fill the empty coffee cup tops before giving the customers their coffee. The wake up wrap was burned. The cheese was black. This was my favorite Dunkin, but they’ve changed employees and now it is awful.

awful service. drove up to the speaker to take my order & between then & the time I got my small coffee it was 15 minutes. There was one person ahead at the window.

I waited in line for 25 minutes to pick up a mobile order. This is the only dunkin i have this issue at. Save your time and go to the one on Buckley or Northern Blvd.

i usually have no issues at dunkin. but sometimes when i go inside of the lobby, it takes a little longer because the employees might not see me right away. which if it’s busy, that’s no issue. but today was unfortunately terrible. this morning at 6:30 am, nobody was in the lobby except me, and 4 employees talking to each other in the back. one girl noticed i was there but failed to mention anything to her coworkers, or come up to the counter. i also said hello to try to direct their attention, but no avail. i ended up leaving without getting anything as i almost was late for my own shift because i stood in that lobby going unnoticed for 15 minutes. unacceptable. please please please dunkin; watch your front lobby more
