The manager is loud and obnoxious. It almost seems as though she never got enough attention asna child so she needs to make a spectacle of herself to get that missing attention. She really makes me wish I hadn't gone there. The employees don't pay attention to what you order and constantly get your order wrong. Save yourself wasted time and go to the next one

I put in a mobile order to pick up in the store and 45 minutes passed and it still wasn't ready yet I was nearly late for work. Never again will I place an order at this location. They say America runs on Dunkin but the workers here work at a snails pace. The bagel sandwich was disgusting too.

usually i don’t get good customer service but today when i came to dunkin i came across a wonderful dunkin employee by the name of grace!! she was very sweet and very respectful towards me she’s very professional and greeted me with a smile. she’s very sweet and made my day so much better by using such kind words. i will definitely be coming back :)

Asked for crushed ice on 2 caramel sig lattes and got reg ice and they didn't want to fix it . This isn't rebuilding a turbine engine or trouble shooting and making corrections to a missile in flight ... it's crushed ice.

Just stopped at this dunkin for a pup cup of whip cream for our toddler, some munchkins and a frozen coffee. Definitely going to be coming here more often even if its out of the way. They made my coffee perfect, my toddler loves her delicious pup cup of cream and they were kind when we added on the munchkins last minute. Thank you staff at 1:56pm, Sunday 7/27

I had a great experience recently at this Dunkin. I had almost given up hope that anyone could make a great iced latte and I finally found someone who could. Chris helped me and made my medium caramel iced latte and my husbands iced Dunkalatte. He said his was the best he’s had from Dunkin yet and mine was really good as well. I’m so glad we stopped in that day and we will definitely be back in hopes that Chris is working and can make our drinks for us again.

Went through the drive through and was givin attitude when ordering, instead of “anything else I can get for you?” Or “is that all?” Her response was “k” and then never told me my total and after paying and driving off my drink wasn’t even made right. All I got was two frozen chocolate and one had a shot of espresso, no espresso was put into my drink.
Horrible experience, I went in to simply purchase 2 cups of coffee. The worker comes to the register and . me drive thru only?? What a waste of time . Nice to turn customers away. I will take my business elsewhere from no on

2nd day in a row I ordered my ice coffee there due to my regular Dunkin being closed for renovations. Yesterday coffee was gross. Tasted horrible and old. Figured i would try again on my way to work, and today coffee was worse than yesterday. I always order the same thing, Large ice coffee with 4 cream, 4 vanilla swirl. Coffee tasted like it was from yesterdays batch, it was 530am so should be fresh. And it had froth on top which tasted like soap. Unfortunately i had to get to work, so couldn't take it back. I def will not be back after giving a 2nd chance

Skip this DD. Wait times in the drive-thru are crazy long. Slowest one in the area. Go to another one.
Today (Sunday) 2 cars ahead of me with one waiting to order. After 5 min they still hadn't even taken the order of the one waiting. This has consistently been an issue at this location. I have no issues at the other ones I go to. Someone should step in and fix the issues.
