They will ignore customers until they go away while complaining out loud about having customers, even though that's their job. One lady told me to go away, I didn't even get a word out and I was waiting patiently for about 5 minutes. 3 ladies walked past me without any acknowledgement until they told me to go away because they don't want to work.

Coffee is good, 9but prices continue to increase about 4 times a year. Getting out of hand. Donuts are getting smaller and more expensive. Some staff not attentive at night.
