The best Dunkin in all of upstate NY. Their coffee and drinks are always consistent and taste right. They are open 24/7. Bathrooms are clean. Staff is nice. Great place to sit down and chill or do some work. Easily accessible, near the airport. Good work staff.

Low rating on this visit. On 11.15.25 I went to our buy two Tropicana OJ and in the front were 2 bottles with expiration dates of 9.1.25 & 11.3.25. They need to definitely pay attention to rotation and dates. Especially the overnight crew as I learned has that responsibility. Update 12.27.25: service was very good and professional 4 stars.

i always do mobile orders and they never put cold foam on my coffee when i order to have it, also i do mobile orders so i can run in and grab it and leave really quick and they had my coffee all made and ready just sitting on the other side of the counter for 10 minutes for no reason

I recently visited this Dunkin’ location and noticed that the same two employees are working every night. Unfortunately, my order was consistently not prepared correctly—my matcha drink wasn’t properly blended, and I ended up with chunks of powder. This happened even when the store wasn’t busy, so it’s disappointing I go here almost every night. I hope they consider hiring more staff or improving training to enhance the customer experience.

Weedsport Dunkin is always a little of a hot mess. Coffee is good but you will wait.
1 frozen coffee and 2 donuts. How do they always forget the 2nd donut? Make sure you leave yourself 15mins extra to spare if you plan on stopping here, usually only 2 people on in the morning with a line of cars starting to form around 615am. Since they are packed and busy, they tend to make alot of mistakes with your order. I dont blame them but cmon, I order 3 items ALWAYS, not 2.!!
