Service here is good. But I have a seemingly minor complaint about ALL the Dunkin Donut franchises in this area.100% of my visits to Dunkin Donuts is for Coffee and s Donut. Why don't any of the local Dunkin stores stock stirrers for their Coffee? Neither do they ever have Spoons. So, each time I visit a Dunkin store and I buy a Cup of Coffee, when I ask for a Stirrer, I am given a choice between a Drinking Straw or a Knife.Call me childish, but, I DO NOT LIKE STIRRING MY COFFEE WITH A STRAW. None of the Dunkin Donut stores in Syracuse, with a few exceptions, seem to ever have Stirrers. It's honestly become most annoying.

They forgot my 3 hash browns. I drive 20 mins back while my family is eating breakfast and they tell me there is nothing they can do unless I have the bag. Even tho the girl standing behind her says “yes that’s him” “we didn’t do his hash browns” . Walked in to them all arguing about coffee in front of other customers. Trash service, avoid this DD at all costs. Tell everyone you know to avoid this DD. I’m spreading the word. They do this stuff all the time. Don’t ever order food there. All that and they have the nerve to put a tip cup out and come look in it after every customer orders. Scummy.Parking: Parking is rubbish. Too many people slammed into one lot because of the diner and ice cream place next door. Drive through line goes down a main road. Not safeKid-friendliness: I wouldn’t bring my kids here walked into them arguing about coffee and being nasty to each other

You guys need to start stirring your drinks better, take your time!! I’m noticing that efficiency is missing!!! When there is a line, just stay calm and don’t rush, it will save you guys from messing up orders and will make for less of a head ache !! Much love besides that though!! ?

They have the new remodel there and wireless charging built right into the table. If your staying at one of the hotels across the street from there then I’d definitely recommend.Vegetarian options: Veggie egg white.Kid-friendliness: They offer the little donut holes and will put them in a cup for easy car rides.Dietary restrictions: They offer non dairy and low fat options
