I ordered an order and they sent another order. I called them and said to them, “You sent me the wrong order, not the one I ordered.” He treated me rudely and disrespectfully. I am a customer and the food smelled bad. I could not eat it. It was not upholstered. I threw it in the trash and endured everything

Hi,I believe this is the first time I am writing a two-star review. Before I begin, I want to mention that the fried chicken looked so appealing, and I really had high expectations.However, here are some reasons why I am giving a low rating:Smell: I saw a review mentioning that the chicken smells and tastes like fish. I was skeptical about that claim, but it turns out to be true. Since they also sell fish and shrimp fries, my guess is that frying everything in the same oil is causing the problem. If that's not the case, then they need to address this issue, as it smells really weird. The problem is exacerbated by the fact that the smell is so strong that it filled my two-story house.Oil: Additionally, I can sense that they do not change the oil often enough (or perhaps I was just unlucky). Also, oil was leaking out of the chicken after just one bite.Service: I would categorize this under service, although I ordered via delivery. I chose two sauces, but I never received them. I believe getting the basics right is essential in the delivery business.The reason I am not giving a one-star review is that I genuinely hope this place improves so that I can enjoy it in the future. I personally believe that these issues are not too difficult to solve.

Idk dude, Im new around here and wanted some good fried chicken. My neighbor orderred us and friends some food and it was gross. That fried chicken tasted like the nasty fish we got. Your not supposed to fry fish and chicken in the same oil dude. I almost chucked everything up. My neighbor was so embarrassed cuz he gave you guys so much hype. I know where im never getting food ever.Ive come back to revise this review. Nobody noticed this until the chicken had cooled. It has a strong stench like of spoiled chicken. People beware before eating from here. Let your food cool before you sink your teeth into it. Im feeling sick in my stomach now.

My first time trying them. My friend ordered some food and as far as I will say. It wasn't worth it. There chicken tasted old like it was sitting for a long time. The cajun fried fish was bland and mushy. It didn't even look anything like what we saw in the menu photos whatsoever. Plus we ordered large portions of mashed potatoes yet the container was only half full. I'm glad that I didn't pay for it and won't ever order from these crooks. I feel sorry for my friend who ordered and him giving you guys so much props though your foods is horrible.

They used to be good when they new to the area. Food and service were great, but now it seems like they're cutting corners and skimping out on quantity and quality of their foods. Then you pay for a large, but only received half or received an item that doesn't look anything like the item you had ordered from them before or what is showing on their. (Cajun fried fish looks like it was swapped out with store bought fish and there was nothing Cajun about it) Yeah, you get upset!

SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE BY OVER CHARGING ME FOR FOOD, don’t trust these people and check your receipts. The numbers looked way off for the calculations I made, then I told him that was way to high and he panicked and went to lower my price to the actual price. Never again.
