Kid with the glasses at the counter was a rockstar! The line was out the door and he still kept a happy face and a calm attitude while taking everyone’s orders. Took about 15 minutes to get the food which was quick bc there was 5 people ahead of me. Great job!! We need more people like you!
Stopped into Little Caesars during what was clearly a very busy time, and I was seriously impressed with how the staff handled everything. The team was moving quickly, doing their best to take care of everyone, and stayed calm under pressure. There was a customer and his daughter causing a scene and being extremely rude, but the manager handled the situation with total professionalism and kindness. Big shoutout to the crew working that day — your patience and work ethic did...
