Was a little bummed. Went in for a premade cake and asked if they had any whipped cream options… was given a blueberry and strawberry topped cake.. unfortunately it was not whipped cream, it was buttercream … bummed since it was a cake for someone who doesn’t prefer sweet sugary topping.

Every birthday or special occasion this is the go to place for cakes. They are made so beautifully and delicious that my patience could never make. Love the little tomato pies, goodies and bread! I even passed on some of my friends/family to them! 10/10 recommend everything! Thank you!

I’ve gotten my birthday cake from here for 2 years straight and I couldn’t be more pleased with their execution ,both cakes were delicious red velvet cakes with a beautiful designs. Their customer service is lovely, they were very accommodating to my requests about the design and they made my cake within a day and a half. I would definitely recommend everyone to get there cakes from here

Mario’s has been my go-to for cakes and cupcakes the last few years! They’ve always done an amazing job even on last minute orders!

Due to other bakery being closed on Sunday, I've had to go to Mario's a few times.
It is really expensive, a donut is 2$ and the donuts are terrible. A load of bread is 4.25 which is a good deal more than any other bakery in the area.
The bread is passable. A few of the items at Mario's were good, the strawberry and pumpkin half-moons. They are absurdly expensive, I can't really justify going here.
The worst part is when the old guy from the back (Assuming it is Mario) comes out to berate his employees. I've only been to Mario's a handful of times, but I've seen this mean old man walk up, totally not acknowledge me, and insist the employee doing something in the middle of serving me. It is so odd how the guy acts, and the poor employees look terrified! Do yourself a favor and don't reward these obscene prices, medium quality, and poor treatment of the employees!

Got brownie's for my wife's bday, was hoping they be something nicer than I could make out of a box. They weren't bad, but they were very cake-like. With brownies, they should be fudgy and chewy, not basically cake. Again, they were fine, but I should have stuck with the box mix.

Mario did a wonderful job on a wedding cake that he provided. He done it on short notice and helped by guiding me with his vast experience on some ideas, I cannot say enough good things about the owner and the staff. He's a person who really cares about his customers and his community

I love the cakes at Mario's, but I ordered a pound of Italian cookies, what a disappountment, I expected better for over twenty dollars a pound. They were the dryest, tasteless cookies I've ever had, they tasted like they were a month old. I will probably never buy Italian cookies ther again, I will buy the half moon there because they are usually good. I hate to complain but it was a party and the guests did complain to me. I still will buy cakes there.

Always quality products and the owner is a great guy, but the young women they have working have had no training and lack basic customer service skills. The girl helping us today didn’t know how many were in a dozen and took 3 minutes to ask her boss. Make sure you bring a calculator next time you stop in. I’ll be sticking to Geddes moving forward who know how to blend quality baked goods with quality customer service. This isn’t based on one interaction unfortunately. The service has been consistently going down hill here over the past year. Take this moment as a teaching moment Mario’s.
