Went in tonight to get 2 weds specials. One order wrong. Had to return it because sides were wrong. People in drive thru were constantly coming in looking for their orders. Second counter person arrived and was on her cell continuously as she took orders. Then went out for a smoke and more cell time. No one offered an apology for the wait or wrong orders, or thanks for waiting. All tables were dirty as well as the floors. Counter girl stated that did not take gift cards even though it was used on another visit. Another person came forward and rang it up. WHERE'S THE MANAGER!!!!!

The chicken was lousy. It tasted old and greasy. I requested specific pieces..thighs, legs and wings.. got breast and no thighs which leads me to believe the worker didn't know the difference. I also wanted half original and half crispy..I got something that was sort of crispy.

Got burnt chicken. Returned to get non-burnt. Got more burnt chicken. Confirmed with 3 customers in lobby if burnt or just my opinion..all 3, burnt. Showed 2 of 3 original and we all Confirmed replacement chicken burnt as well. Ugh.
