My son & I go to this location regularly. The staff know us and always treat us well. It’s like a little break a couple times a week to go there. The young lady who works so hard stands as an example for my child. I appreciate the service and staff here. The “karate kid” thanks you!

I pulled up to the restaurant drive thru to order and they told me they are only accepting door dash. That has never happened to me at any KFC ever. I guess I should have looked at the reviews here, because I gave them a shot and they immediately disappointed by turning me away.

I ordered the Mac and cheese tender wraps and received chicken Littles instead, I also got a 4 piece meal and the chicken was old, my order was a scheduled order and they were dead yet it took about 10 additional minutes for my food.

Ordered for pick up, didn't check...my bad, went back and was told that they didn't have any more nuggets for the famous bowl...upon further inquire she just didn't want to pull any from the freezer ..um ok....how about my money back."I can't give you a refund". I can't get a refund for food I never received.

This is the worst location in WNY. U wait 15 mins AT the drive thru speaker, then have to pulled into a parking spot waiting for your food. Not to mention they “run out of chicken” - I absolutely hate this location. Only go once in awhile because it’s near my home and kids like it. Management needs to step it up 100%!
This is the 3rd time we've been told KFC is out of chicken. This is ridiculous. Need to work on hiring people who want to work. If you don't sell chicken you eventually don't have a job!

Decided to go in to eat because the drive through had a long line. We waited at least five minutes before she came to take our order. No customer service skills whatsoever. About 10 minutes later our food was ready. They gave my boyfriend the wrong sandwich so he went up to tell them. Our receipt said crispy chicken sandwich and he got a spicy chicken sandwich. At first, they tried to say that’s what he ordered but then showed our receipt.They gave him a new sandwich along with an attitude by slamming the bag on the counter and walking away. They are very understaffed. Only three people working the whole place. The dining room was disgusting and dirty. I guess this is how life is nowadays. Pay these high school kids more than they deserve to get less than what we deserve. Sad sad world!

Yesterday my boyfriend and I went to KFC Niagara falls boulevard North Tonawanda and I don't know how this place can even remain open absolutely disgusting one worker lady took her order gave us our food the macaroni and cheese was absolutely look like death warmed over she was doing all the work and I noticed her even doing the baking the other two workers one being a manager they did nothing but plan on their phone the manager was outside more times smoking on her phone taking pictures then the male employee that came in to start his shift was already on his phone and then they were all on their phone but the one worker who was busting her butt to do everything the food was dry and I don't know how they can get away with this for so long since they have opened up they have nothing but bad reviews they are not finding the right employees and I will never ever go back there again beware of this place go somewhere else McDonald's would be better corporate needs to do something about this place they need to be spot checking and find some new better employees that know what they're doing and their phones need to be put away
