Muscoreil's provided a large variety of dessert options for my wedding last month (June 2025). They were amazing to work with & even created some gluten-free mini pavlovas for me! My fiance webr here for a cake tasting for our upcoming wedding next year, and Phil was so helpful. Drawing out the rough sketch of the cake we want helped me so much to envision in my head to what it will look like. And the estimate was honestly lower that what I had anticipated which was a lovely surprise.

Our daughters favorite cake is Tiramisu. We speciality ordered and we’re NOT disappointed! It was beautiful and tasted delicious. Kim the pastry chef did the decorating. I gave her free decorative power. She did a BEAUTIFUL job. We will be back again for our speciality desserts.

My daughter chose Muscoreil’s to do her wedding cake. It was the first place we did a tasting and looked no further. They chose white cake with almond flavoring. Best cake I’ve ever had. Very moist and flavorful.

I can not say enough about this bakery. Ever since my bridal shower when my MIL ordered the infamous white almond raspberry for me…..I was hooked. I have only used this bakery ever since and the consistency is so on point. EVERY CAKE IS OUT OF THIS WORLD. The girls at the counter are so nice and very polite. They have saved me countless times last minute with a dozen cupcakes for an event. Day of. Don’t hesitate to trust them with your events. Or even just to stop in and grab a cupcake.

It’s so hard to even pick a favorite! The white almond raspberry and carrot are my favorite cakes. All of the pastries and cookies! The towers are addicting. And it’s a must for your special event cakes. These people have some serious talent and have serviced some famous people as well!

We used Muscoreils Fine Desserts for our wedding and we were astounded with how closely they followed our inspiration pictures. We wanted a classic, three-tiered, vintage wedding cake and that's exactly what they delivered! The one-on-one consultation was very personal and you could tell the staff really cared. The gentleman doing our consultation hand-sketched our cake in front of us. As a bit of a baker myself, the flavors, textures and visual aesthetic were impressive. Hope they have continued success!

We hired Muscoreili's for our wedding in November and were thrilled with the results. The cake we asked for was on the non traditional side and they made it happen. We also requested they change their frosting to black cocoa to keep our teeth from staining with they obliged happily. We had a delicious black heart shaped chocolate cake with raspberry filling. I dream about that cake to this day. Valentine's is coming up and I plan on stopping by for a special treat for my husband very soon.

Service was very helpful. Large selection of all kinds of sweets...cake slices, cupcakes, pastries, cookies Etc I tried three different cupcakes, they were good but nothing to write home about, and a little bit dry, particularly the carrot cake one. The White cupcake with vanilla buttercream was the most disappointing, the buttercream was very bland with just a general sweetness like sugar added to butter. (Eileen's bakery has delicious buttercream) The best one was the strawberry crunch cupcake, that one had the best flavor. The brownie was mediocre. The Italian cookies had a good flavor and were dry and hard. The cheese danish was pretty good but a little dry around the edges. Blueberry muffin was mediocre as well. The lemon meringue pie was very flavorful and really good, although the crust didn't seem like scratch made crust, but if it was, I didn't care for it. The best thing I had was the pastry heart, I would give that 5 stars! It was cooked perfectly, so flaky and soft, it wasn't dried out at all, very soft in the inner layers, and had a really good icing on the top. I will definitely be ordering more of those! I review scratch made bakeries around Buffalo and I have yet to find one that is better than butter block, although frost artisan is really great as well..
