First off chocolate are delicious...We found this place few years ago back. When in town we also stock up. 2 sales people were great today. One help us get 3 1bs of single chocolate piece, patience. And then the young lady who was checking us out notice we had item that was not with our theme. She run to sales floor to get right item. Outstanding!!
There are lots of chocolate makers in wny but Platter’s is the best! Their orange chocolate is the perfect balance. Platter’s is the only chocolate my family has given us for holidays since I can remember. The quality of their chocolate has never changed, it’s absolutely perfect.

When you walk in to the establishment, your met with café style seating, very cozy, warm and friendly atmosphere. As you make your way past the immense amount of ice cream options, you can look to the back and see where all the deliciousness is made on-site.
