Why dont KFC stores in NY State NOT have buffets ? Out of NY+ KFCs every wherre have full buffets-they give a fresh plate each+every time you go back, and you pick your own chicken+sides ? ????
And why is the chicken+sides so poorly represented at KFCs here in western NY.?
I have never had such a wonderful experience as i did today. I didnt get the lady name but she was so nice and friendly and quick. I hope she gets a raise and moves up in rank. Thank you who ever you are. Kindness is contagious keep spreading it.
Latonya or Latoya (I’m sorry i can’t remember this young ladies name correctly) was the sweetest, and kindest person to ever answer the phone. She was very helpful and understanding of my troubles. She needs a raise and promotion IMMEDIATELY.
