Roman Cafe Reviews
My 85-year old mother went to lunch there Saturday, Dec. 27 and ordered the tripe like she normally does. She said it was "mushy and tasted old" and didn't finish eating the rest of it. Thank goodness because who knows what was wrong with it as she threw up all night long and felt horrible. Fortunately, she feels a bit better today, but honestly, what is wrong with you to prepare obviously bad or spoiled tripe? She'll never touch tripe again after last night and that was her favorite...read full review
food has gone down. I ordered a chicken finger salad and the greens was coated in grease.I ended up throwing it away.
I just observed an adult male employee finish making a sub with his bare hands, wrap in in the sub wrap and then come over to the take out window to give me my order. I wound up throwing out my food when I got home because I didn't even trust eating it. I hope they have cameras in their food prep area and can review the footage. This was my first and last time ordering from there.

Roman Cafe is a popular spot known for consistently good food, large portions, and reasonable prices. The salads, hearty meals, and wings are highly recommended. The inside atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a great place for gatherings. The service is friendly and attentive, and the food, including dishes like baked ziti and Greek chicken salad, always impresses customers. The pizza, with thin, crispy pepperoni and tasty sauce, is also a favorite, and the blue cheese is surprisingly good—possibly homemade. The restaurant offers affordable family fare with specialties prepared wonderfully. The ambiance has a light and airy feel with decor inspired by Italian culture, including grapes and lattice work, suitable for all occasions from ladies brunches to date nights. Delivery times are decent, and dining in provides a great experience overall. The only suggestion for a perfect Italian atmosphere would be playing some Frank Sinatra or Tony Bennett music.
