Placed an order on the app. Had it delivered and most of my order was missing. The sandwiches cost half of the meal which we got but the other half, we never got. When I called they were super rude to me. I shouldn't have to call 6 times for them to answer and then have them tell me that I was in the wrong for using "cheap" services. I used their app. I used it because I thought it would be better service. It wasn't. I won't go back here and or order here ever again

Highly dissatisfied with the way I was treated by the owner today
$14 for a veggie sub ridiculous.
Always buy them now i know i need to avoid this branch never knew they can charge whatever they want cuz other places are 3 dollar cheaper.

I’ve patronized this location for years and have seen a dramatic change in the freshness of the food, a decrease in quantity for the same price and the nasty attitude of the owners (other workers are good). The lettuce is nearly rotten and this is not just a one off occasion. She has no problem serving it to customers! She keeps the hood up so you can’t see that she’s using way less turkey on your sub-take it apart for proof! And they will at times refuse to accept any coupons. This used to be my fave location but I will not return again. If you decide to try it, just say a prayer you don’t get food poisoning.??♀️

Very very bad service lazy guy who is working this Sunday 4/30 don’t want to work we reach 8.30 he said it’s closed closing time 9 pm . Horrible ?
The staff here are so wonderful and so kind! I enjoy picking up my lunch for work and being greeted with with a smile every time- very rare these days!
In the past 2 years I have gotten all subs without lettuce because it’s that pre bagged stuff from who knows where and it has a funky taste. ( I take home and put lettuce on it )Today I ordered a BLT sub without lettuce and when I got home and getting ready to put my own I realized HOW LITTLE bacon was on this sub.3 strips of the thinnest, see threw strips I’ve ever seen !So I paid $11 for a roll tomato and mayoshame on you SubwayI AM SO DONE ?

The guy in there charged me full price for The Boss & made it with shredded mozzarella not fresh mozzarella he said that's how he does it. Also the ham there looked like it was rotten. Won't be going back to this one.
Wasn't happy with the subs . They were sloppy and not put together good. And plastic tasting lettuce. Ended up tossing them in the trash ?️

service was excellent, food was great highly recommend went here a few days ago with some friends and was taken care of very quickly and the girl behind the counter was great and super polite!!
