I love my Taco Bell close to my residence. The food is always well prepared. Only problem I have, is the air-conditioning is always way to cold!!! Makes it uncomfortable to eat & enjoy my food! 😑

Spent close to 100 and got home and things were made wrong and the worst part is they didn't wrap tacos right so when I got home I had to reassemble the tacos there were tomatoes everywhere even in cinnamon twist crazy right I drive all the way to this one cause the one in Niagara falls NY is horrible I waited two hours for food I will probably never eat at Taco Bell no more it is getting out of control that they can't read a screen and make the food correctly

Maybe the worst fast food place in the area. I’ve been three times now and every single time they’ve gotten my order wrong. How hard is it to check before throwing it out the window. They really hire just anyone to do this taco job. 👎

I went to Taco Bell tonight August 11th, and the workers forgot my fiesta potatoes. BUT the worker with glasses and darker hair sprinted out with them to my car. This level of service is what we need more in this world and thank you!!

It’s great when the employees aren’t smoking and hanging out near the dumpster, then coming inside and making food. Food is constantly wrong, to the point where I take everything out of the bag as a quality check before leaving, because God forbid, they do that before handing it to you. Staff is nice, just not great at making things right and with care the first time around

This location has taken a turn for the better! If you had visited this location previously and had any issues, I suggest you give it another chance. Our last several visits have been fast, accurate and the staff is very friendly. We have been super impressed with this locations turnaround!

The worst taco bell ive been too. Theres pretty much nothing inside our crunchwrap supremes, nacho fries are skimpy, grilled cheese burritos are skimpy, and cheesy fiesta potatoes are stale.. get some people who know what they are doing in there.
Service was great no human contact while ordering. Food came out as ordered. OK bathroom was deplorable, it wasn’t that someone went in and trashed it, it was management who doesn’t care about their store or the franchise owner. Almost Ef- You, It was bad. If had used the bathroom first I would have left. So I ate my food anyways and had extreme stomach issues all night. This store needs a close down and retrain. Not Cool.

Tried to stop at 1130 says open till 1 but apparently that's only drive-thru not what's posted so went to door not open. I was in the work van so I don't fit thru the drive-thru. I'm only upset because nowhere does it say that the dining room closes 😒 early

To the owner and/or managers...
You need to instill some sort of Quality Control in your employees. Can't do anything about the chicken being dry, but to provide me with a shell that deteriorates to the touch is unacceptable! Especially for 3-4 dollars a Taco.
