Ordered an ice cap with extra whipped topping , didn’t get that and of course I got charged for it and ordered a bagel with extra butter didn’t get that, a dry bagel, and who wants to eat that.. just don’t get it we are paying for the extra stuff we are buying , and you are not providing it, I am sure is against the law, or maybe your employees need to get retrained, and take some classes on customer service and learn how to count change back instead of taking 10 mins to figure it out these employees at this location are rude, slow, and entitled ..

It was good. I love love love how they have milk substitutes such as organic coconut milk, almond milk and oat milk...They are one of the only places that does this...so a big thumbs up for that. Much gratitude.
Vegetarian options: Well, I am more of a flexitarian...I just had a egg on an English muffin with cheese, and cold brew coffee with organic coconut milk..and hash browns..and a chocolate glazed donut. Satisfying for sure. Nice to sit and charge up my phone and power bar, being on the road and all, it's a good place to stop get all charged up and belly full.

The coffee is really bad at this location, out of four visits 3 of them were undrinkable, taste terrible. It’s a shame because Tim’s had amazing coffee for the last 20 years
