Ordered an ice cap with extra whipped topping , didn’t get that and of course I got charged for it and ordered a bagel with extra butter didn’t get that, a dry bagel, and who wants to eat that.. just don’t get it we are paying for the extra stuff we are buying , and you are not providing it, I am sure is against the law, or maybe your employees need to get retrained, and take some classes on customer service and learn how to count change back instead of taking 10 mins to figure it out these employees at this location are rude, slow, and entitled ..

Addicted to the iced cap. Food is mid. Bacon is always chewy.
Everytime we go the afternoon shift is very slow and unmotivated. They messed up our drinks and looked at us like it was our problem.
