Great food and bad staff. 1. Unnecessary valet parking 2. Reject customer's request to move to another seat due to sun glare. 3. Too friendly and not caring disturbing family conversation by not leaving after ignoring a few times. ( Hoping he will realize that he is not welcomed to join our conversation ) 4. Disturbing guy just walking around with no service. 5. This place has great food and the worst customer service.

Was celebrating my wife's birthday for our second visit to Arlo. As was the case our last visit the food, service, and ambiance of the restaurant is off the charts. Have yet to order anything that was not among the very best we have ever had. Can't wait to go back again.
Everything was great! But please don't have wine vendors come up to tables and do sales pitches for 10 minutes - we only had like an hour and a half to eat and wanted time to ourselves

Ambiance, service, food...12/10! Arlo is not to be missed. I had my eye on it for a while, but it's a nice drive from where we live on the South Shore. We went for my 35th Birthday and it exceeded all expectations. From the sommelier picking out the perfect Cabernet, our waiter (Charlie) and Kirk (manager?), we were taken care of from the moment we walked in until we left. The food was incredible - highly recommend the grilled octupus, burrata, and the cowboy ribeye. We had the kitchen sink potato and brussel sprouts as sides - also 10/10! This was hands down one of the best meals (and experiences) we've ever had. We will be back!!

Food was outstanding. The chef added creative touches to each dish. As a prix fixed dinner the price was a great value given the exceptionally good food. Service attentive and pleasant. My negative takeaway is that I found the open dining space to be very loud. It was a Wednesday night and tables half full, but my husband and I struggled to hear each other at a table for two. I think it would be difficult to have a conversation with a larger party.

A wonderful special occasion place. Ambiance, food and service are top notch! Great cocktails from a VERY knowledgeable Mixologist, Jack. Not inexpensive but you won't be disappointed.
The service is bar none. The food was excellent. We were never rushed at any point, that's big in my book. Great place all around, we will definitely be returning customers. 10/10 stars

Have been several times. Prefer dinner over brunch. This time was a brunch visit. I orders eggs Benedict. Food was mediocre, home fries were over cooked, dry and had zero flavor. Presentation was poor/below expectations for a nice restaurant and didn't align with “the rest” of the experience and ambiance. Live Musician is extremely talented playing multiple instruments. The music however is too loud to have a conversation across the table (2' apart.) Weight staff is great and even gave my 92 years old friend whom we were celebrating a bday card which was super sweet! Based on past positive experiences, I'd consider giving them a second shot for brunch.
This restaurant has fabulous ambience with delicious, mouthwatering food. The waitstaff confirmed the ingredients of each dish ordered to avoid and food allergy complications for me. They also were kind, attentive and never made our table feel rushed. There was live music that was subtle and tasteful- he was very talented! I can't wait to go again!

This is our new place, new to Northport, and we are thrilled to have a local venue that is that good. Yes, we travel for food and we are never disappointed at Arlo Kitchen & Bar. There are two bars one on the main level and one upstairs Happy hour at the bar everyday from 4-6 nicely priced drinks, friendly staff. Last night we had baked clams, Caesar salad, and calamari to start, then all great entrees, especially the lobster pasta a standout every time. All enjoyed their particular entrees including the salmon which was excellent - rack of lamb, and tuna. Check it out you will not be disappointed.
Great experience as always at Arlo. This place is perfect for any occasion and the staff makes you feel like you matter throughout the whole duration of your visit. Big thank you to the manager Matthew for the extraordinary hospitality and even bringing over a glass of champagne for my mother who was being celebrated for another year of life. Side note: make sure to ask for the Sommelier Joe. Twice now he has recommended exactly the type of wine we were in the mood for. 5/5 stars overall experience

One of the best meals I've ever had, the entire experience at Arlo was phenomenal! From the moment my sister and I walked in, we were impressed. Everyone was friendly & helpful. Jimmy took care of us all night, he was a pleasure and had great input. We never had to ask for anything because they were very attentive & always filling our water and checking on us. We had calamari to start off and it was delicious. I got the salmon for dinner and it had so much flavor, it was the best salmon I've ever had and I order it out a lot, because I love salmon, but I never make it at home. My sister got the pork chop and absolutely loved it. We had the apple crisp for dessert and it was fabulous. It had a great atmosphere, the manager came by to check on us and see how everything was and my sister had leftovers and they gave her a ticket to collect it at the door on our way out, so it wasn't just sitting on the table. Top notch restaurant, phenomenal service and the most delicious meal I've ever had! I can't recommend this place enough. Go there, you won't be disappointed.
